Why volume is the only thing that changes

Most tools gate their best features behind their most expensive tier. We don’t, because the value of a land-use answer doesn’t depend on what you paid — a flood-zone finding has to be just as reliable for a solo agent as for a firm. So the same engine answers every question on every plan. What scales is throughput: a solo professional screening the occasional lot needs a fraction of the volume a busy firm runs through in a week, and the plans simply meter that.

What happens at your cap

The plans behave differently when you reach your monthly allowance, and the difference is deliberate. Free hard-stops— it’s there to let you try Parsull on real parcels, so it resets at the start of each month rather than billing you. Paid plans don’t stop: they keep answering past the cap and bill a small per-query overage instead — $0.40 on Starter, $0.30 on Pro. You’re never locked out of a parcel mid-deal because a counter ticked over, and you only pay for the extra usage you actually have.

What counts as a query?

One question you ask about a parcel — including the zoning, environmental, and code lookups Parsull runs to answer it. Follow-up questions in the same conversation each count as a query.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your billing settings. Changes are prorated to your billing cycle, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.

Do you offer annual billing?
