1. What information do we collect?

In short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, express interest in our products or Services, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. This may include: names; phone numbers; email addresses; mailing addresses; job titles; usernames; passwords; contact preferences; contact or authentication data; billing addresses; and debit/credit card numbers.

Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive information.

Payment data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and security code. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe.

Social login data.We provide you with the option to register using your Google account. If you choose to do so, we will collect certain profile information from Google as described in “How do we handle your social logins?” below.

Information automatically collected. Some information — such as your IP address and browser/device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit the Services. This includes log and usage data, device data, and approximate location data, and is used mainly to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for internal analytics and reporting.

Google API. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. How do we process your information?

In short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.

3. When and with whom do we share your personal information?

In short: We may share information in specific situations described below and/or with the following third parties.

  • Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
  • Service providers. We share information with providers who process it on our behalf under a written contract — including Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, file storage), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), and our AI service providers.
  • Google Maps Platform APIs. We may share your information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs to provide and improve mapping features.

4. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

In short: We use only the cookies necessary to run the Services. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, maintain the security of your account, and keep the Service functioning, and we use your browser’s local storage to remember preferences such as your theme. We do not use advertising cookies, sell your data, or embed third-party cross-site trackers, and we do not display advertising on the Services. 5. Do we offer artificial intelligence-based products?

In short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.

As part of our Services, we offer tools powered by artificial intelligence (“AI Products”). We provide these through third-party AI service providers, including Google Cloud AI. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these providers to enable your use of the AI Products, as outlined in “When and with whom do we share your personal information?”. Our AI Products are designed for functions such as AI automation, AI research, text analysis, and conversational assistance. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice.

6. How do we handle your social logins?

In short: If you choose to register or log in using your Google account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your Google account. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information from Google — typically your name, email address, and profile picture. We use the information we receive only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your information by Google; we recommend you review Google’s privacy notice to understand their practices.

7. How long do we keep your information?

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (such as tax or accounting requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if that is not possible, securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.

8. How do we keep your information safe?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise that hackers or other unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

9. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to delete such data. 10. What are your privacy rights?

Withdrawing your consent.If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by contacting us using the details in “How can you contact us about this notice?”. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

Account information. You can review or change the information in your account, or terminate your account, by logging in to your account settings. Upon your request, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases, though we may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

11. Controls for do-not-track features

Most browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. Because no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

In short: If you are a resident of certain US states, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.

Your rights. We do not sell personal information, and we have not disclosed, sold, or shared personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve months.

California “Shine The Light” law. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing.
